Coronavirus Covid-19

Coronavirus Covid-19 Update

In light of the rapidly deteriorating situation & to avoid increased contact with individuals in a public setting, we have taken the difficult, but correct decision to close Riverside Camping from  22nd March until we are given the all clear to reopen. There are likely to be further travel restrictions soon & we also need to avoid additional pressure on local surgeries & hospitals who are already feeling the strain.

We understand that this is a huge disappointment for all our valued customers & camping friends as we were all looking forwards to the season ahead but we really feel we have to act responsibly & your health & our staff’s health is priority.
We will still be monitoring the situation on a daily basis & will update here as necessary & following Welsh Government, Public Health Wales, NHS Wales  & Cyngor Gwynedd- Gwynedd Council advice.

Please do not hesitate to contact us in the first instance regarding any bookings next for June. We are now prioritising this, & then following Government guidelines looking at bookings  day by day & month by month in order.

Currently due to the uncertainty of the situation we are not taking any bookings until we know more on when & how we may be allowed to reopen. Please feel free to email with any questions although we do not have the answers about reopening.

Please contact us by email to info@riversidecamping.co.uk whilst we are having to work at home we will not be able to answer any phone calls.

During this time we kindly ask you do not visit our site to look round or use the playarea & the Mill Bistro is also closed following Government Guidelines.

We feel this is the responsible decision to make at this time & we thankyou you all for your patience & support.

Stay safe & we are looking forwards to seeing you all as soon as possible.
