Glamping T & C
By booking a Glamping stay with us you agree to the terms & conditions listed as follows:-
Riverside Camping reserve the right, at all times to refuse either a new or repeat booking without giving a detailed reason . Bookings will only be accepted from persons over 18 years of age. A non refundable deposit of 40% is payable within 10 days of booking your stay with us & full balance 2 weeks before arrival
Bookings will only be accepted for adult groups up to 5 adults per Caban or families of up to 6 in a family per Caban & 6 per Luxury Tented Lodge in line with our site licence, insurance & health & safety policies. In Wales currently any booking can only be made up of members from your immediate family bubble & one other household who is your bubble household, no mixed groups
Extra people are not able to stay near the Cabans or Lodges in a tent or sleep in cars. If you wish an extra guest to stay overnight this must be agreed in advance & only if it does not exceed the specified numbers.
In Line with Covid 19 guidelines all occupants must be from the same family group in Wales 2 families can now meet indoors .The 2 families must remain exclusive & cannot be chopped & changed. Any other visitors must remain outdoors & all visitors names must be given for TTP
Family groups – an adult must be present at all times in each unit- ie Children must be supervised & may not sleep in the Glamping units without an adult.
Full payment is due upon booking when a booking is made within 2 weeks of your arrival, otherwise balance is due 2 weeks before arrival
If we do not receive payment of deposit or balance within this timeframe we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Booking confirmation will be sent upon payment of deposit & should be checked immediately for any errors.
We accept payment by debit card, or bacs
Due to the nature of Riverside Camping being a family site, we do not accept bookings from hen or stag parties. Single sex parties will only be accepted through a direct booking with us following a telephone conversation on the nature of the booking. Any group booking made online may be refused on arrival if we feel this group may be of detriment to other guests staying on the site. Monies paid will not be reimbursed.

If you wish to amend your booking or change your dates, we will do our best to accommodate this, but this may not always be possible & where a change of sate leads to a change of price this will be payable.
Refunds & Cancellations
Deposits are non refundable or transferable. If you choose to end your stay early, no refunds will be given. We recommend your own holiday insurance to cover cancellations, public liability , personal belongings, loss etc. Cancelled bookings will not be transferred.
Riverside Camping reserve the right to modify prices at any time. At time of booking you will be quoted current prices.
Arrival & Departure Times
Arrival time from 4pm at the earliest
Departure time by 10am at the latest .This allows us to do a deep clean between bookings including Fogging the caban with a natural virucide. At 10am staff will arrive to start cleaning
On occasions, it may be possible to arrange for a later departure/earlier arrival.
On departure, please leave the unit as you found it.
If you leave the Glamping unit in an improper condition this will be noted & any repeat booking will be refused.
Please report accidental breakages to reception during your stay so that we can replace it for you.
Major damages will be charged for.
Well behaved dogs are welcome depending on availability of dog friendly units. Maximum of 2 dogs. If a dog causes a nuisance or damage, or you arrive without pre booking your dog, Riverside Camping reserve the right to ask you to take your dog to a local kennel. Please provide your own dog bowls, bedding & towels. Please do not allow dogs onto beds, furniture or to cause any damage to the units.In accordance with Riverside Camping terms, dogs must be kept on a lead when out on site, in the river & on the dog walk & we expect all visitors to clean up after their dog.
In normal year’s we welcome day visitors to Riverside Camping. This year all day visitors must be booked in advance with details for TTP Please inform us in advance & ensure day visitors report to reception. Day Visitors or friends who are staying on the campsite, are not permitted to sleep your unit overnight or even enter your unit if they are not from your immediate bubble or your 2nd bubble family.
In line with Riverside Camping Terms & Conditions to ensure that everybody enjoys their stay, noise levels must be kept to a minimum between 10pm – 8am. Please be aware that noise travels when sitting outside & be considerate towards your neighbours. Excessive drunken behaviour will not be tolerated & may result in you being asked to leave. No refunds will be given.
In line with Riverside Camping’s policy, burning of wood is prohibited due to risk of sparks & to preserve the surrounding woodland. A provision of Duraflame logs for the hot tub & stove will be supplied on arrival & further supplies are available to purchase in reception. Please do not burn anything other than the logs provided in the stove or hot tub as both can be irreparably damaged
If windy weather of 40 mph & over is forecast we will have to remove the Tented Lodge front canopy to avoid damage to the tents. In the events of severe storms or gales for your safetywe will have to cancel the Tented Lodge booking & rearrange for another time.
Assumption of Risks
Please be aware of risks involved with use of the woodburning stove, chimnea barbeque & hot tub, tea lights & lanterns (especially children). Please read through the safety manual in your welcome pack upon arrival. It is your responsibility to supervise children, especially near the above areas.
Riverside camping accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
